The entire company got the opportunity to have the GENERAC training truck come to the office this week.  We got a full day in the training room going over how to service and repair a generator.  How to size and locate the generator. As well a wealth of additional knowledge on generator installation and trouleshooting.  We also got a full day of trouble shooting and repairing 4 generators that had at least 12 faults each.  We got all 4 up and running and performing just as they were designed to do.  I will have to say that the instructor was rather evil with some of the things he broke and messed up on these units.  I hope that I never have to fix a generator that was as trashed as the ones we repaired.  If we can fix those, we can fix most any problem with a genenrac generator.  You can be 100% guranteed that if you purchase a generator from ABC Electric Service, you will be in the hands of an entire company dedicated to bringing our customers the top of the line service and continued product reliability for many years to come.
